בפרק 133, בחרתי לסכם את שנת תשפ"ב, עם חברי, פרשן הנדל"ן של גלובס, העיתונאי הוותיק, אריק מירובסקי.

מאז הכרתי את אריק בכנס שניהלתי במרכז האקדמי למשפט ועסקים, לפני שנים, אנחנו מקפידים לשמור על קשר, ולא מעט פעמים, זכיתי להתראיין אצלו, הן בתפקידו הנוכחי בעיתון גלובס, והן בהיותו עורך הנדל"ן של העיתון דמרקר.

הסתכלותו של אריק על הנדל"ן הינה מיוחדת במינה, ושמחתי מאד, כאשר נענה להזמנתי, בלי לחשוב פעמיים, והסכים להקליט פרק מיוחד זה.

הקשיבו לפרק המיוחד, שאלמלא הייתה מגבלת זמן, היינו ממשיכים להקליט עוד שעה ארוכה, ולמדו, מה קרה ומה עתיד לקרות, מנקודת המבט של אריק.
